Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the May 31, 2022 meeting were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes with correction of date. Weston Beal seconded. Without
 objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:

- AR: Bob will upload the BUG234 bug report and test case to the web site.

- AR: Weston Beal to prepare presentation or working document on IBIS Quality
    Specification and checklist.
  Not done yet.

NEW ITEMS:

bug234 discussion: a file reference to an absolute path is not legal, but this
is currently not reported as an error. Bob created the bug document from
Arpad's report. The severity is Severe and the priority is High since this is
a specification violation and at least one user (not committee review)
reported the problem. Randy noted a typo and Bob fixed it.

Bob created a draft contract to cover fixing bugs in the parser. The contract
has a list of currently open bugs that should be fixed under this contract.
The list does not include BUG227 - root name bug. This bug needs a decision on
what the parser should do with this condition.
Bob summarized the contract approval process with the contractor and SAE.

The group discussed how much content from each bug report needs to be included
in the contract. Randy noted that including the text of the bug report is a
chance to introduce inconsistencies between the bug report and the contract.
The contract should probably have only the bug number and title. The
conclusion is to list bug titles and have a link to the bug reports online.

Bob noted that bug 232 might be related 234.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
  - IBISCHK security fixes

Weston Beal moved moved to adjourn. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 12:54 ET
